Payments made through this website are final. No option exists in the website to change your mind and cancel a payment of fines and costs that you have authorized through the payment process. A payment constitutes a plea of guilty to the charge or charges.

The only process by which you may change a payment and plea is through formal court process as authorized in the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure. This requires a Motion properly filed with the Court, and you may need the assistance of legal counsel to properly file and pursue such a Motion to comply with the requirements of those Rules.
